- Where and when is the show on?
The Celtic Showcase will be held in the Embassy Suites Parsippany New Jersey USA on April Sat 20th – Sun 21st – Mon 22nd
Who can attend the Celtic Showcase?
All retailers who sell to the North American consumer market based in the United States and Canada. Our exhibitors from the Celtic Isles offer high quality craftsmanship and products only to be seen in person. Our vendors range from Ireland, Scotland, Wales and much more. Please note it is a trade only event. See our exhibitors attending this year.
Where do I register as a BUYER to attend the show?

How much is it to attend Celtic Showcase as a Buyer?
It is FREE to attend the Celtic Showcase. If you wish to stay at our showcase, we offer a special buyer stay special of Stay Two Nights, Get One FREE! Accommodation is limited at our hotel venue book now to avoid disappointment.
Do I book my hotel from through the organisers of the show or the hotel?
All room bookings must be made through the organisers of the show, after you have completed the booking form we will be in touch with further details.
What is included in my stay at the hotel?
Breakfast will be included every morning. We will also be hosting networking events and entertainment on both evenings of the show.
Are there any restaurants/bars near the hotel?
We have a bar and restaurant available in the hotel. There are also a variety of restaurants and bars all within close range to the hotel. More info on this to follow
Are there any shops or local amenities?
There is a Home Depot Hardware & Target located only just 8 mins from the Hotel
What is the nearest Airport to the Embassy Suites Parsippany?
Newark Airport is just a 30 min drive from the Hotel, JFK Airport is located 1 hour.
VENDOR INFORMATION
- Where do I register as a VENDOR to attend the show?

- I am thinking of exhibiting at this show but I’m not sure if it will suit my product?
We offer special rates to completely new vendors and offer a one to one consultation about whether we think your product will suit our event. Not all businesses are suitable for our buyers market or we may be in excess of certain products at this time so not all exhibitors are accepted. We are open to room sharing where 1-3 vendors can share a room to exhibit in, this is a cost effective way of attending our show and getting to meet our buyers.
What are the costs involved in exhibiting at Celtic Showcase?
A registration fee with deposit must be paid before attending our show. Hotel accommodation is paid separately by vendors on arrival but all booking are made through show organisers. Flights, travel expenses and shipping costs must be taken into consideration also for attending our show.
How do I exhibit my products at the show?
The front lounge area of your room is used for your display and products. There are hotel furniture that can be used, we also provide tables and table cloths for the show.
Is there funding or grants to exhibit as a vendor at the Celtic Showcase?
For Irish Exhibitors, you can contact your local enterprise or DCCI to see if there is available funding for overseas trade events. It may be worth contacting any other enterprise boards in your area to see if something is available.
- Will I lose my deposit if the Show is cancelled due to the pandemic?
A full refund will be reimbursed if the show cannot proceed due to travel restrictions and the health and safety guidelines surrounding the pandemic.
